How will i find my driver at Airport?

The allocated driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall of the airport you will be landing on, with your name displayed on a board. Our driver will schedule the pickup time according to the actual landing time of your flight

What happens if my flight is delayed?

All airport pickups are included with the flight tracking feature. We monitor your flight and reschedule your pickup time accordingly, should there be an earlier or delayed arrival (T&C’s* apply). What this means in simpler terms… you provide us with the flight number and landing time; when the plane lands, our driver will be at the pickup point after 30mins* (actual landing time + 30mins* = pickup time / 30mins* reflects minimum timeframe we recommend after landing, you can modify the timeframe to your own preference).

Do i have to pay for parking at the airport?

Your driver will be charged a parking fee when exiting the airport and as this charge cannot be predetermined, we apply this charge after the booking has been completed.

How can i book a Reading Airport Taxi?

We accept reservations also. We recommend that you make a reservation as soon as you know the transfer information so that we can prepare the best transfer to London Airports for you. You can easily book your transfer here. You can choose the car you want. After choosing a car, you can add some other options to the reservation and make a reservation. Are you able to collect me from public event?

During public events there are many occasions when road closures and restrictions will be put in place outside of our control. Due to this, we may advise of a specific pick-up location and recommend that you communicate with your driver directly for ease of pick-up.

What happens if i forget something in the car?

In case you think you have forgotten something in one of our driver’s vehicle, please contact us as soon as you can. Although we instruct our drivers to check the vehicle after each and every journey, misplaced items can be overlooked and can go missing once other passengers board the vehicle.

How much luggage can i take?

This is dependent on the size of the vehicles and how many passengers are travelling.

Can i pay with paypal?

Yes, simply select PayPal as your payment method at the time of booking.

How can i get a quote?

What is your cancellation policy?

If your driver has been allocated to you for less than five minutes when you cancel the booking, there will be no charge/cancellation fee. If your driver has been allocated to you for over five minutes when you cancel the booking, a cancellation fee will apply.
